A Nook in New England

Our 1934 English Tudor home has such a beautiful history. Bernard "Red" Gareau, the original owner also owned Red's Soda Shop in town. Red is known around town for his great love for taking care of his house and his many gardens.

We would love for this home to pass on to someone who appreciates the beauty as much as we do.

This house has beautiful bones. We have the original blueprints that detail the exquisite work in each room. New windows, a 200amp elect. box, and brand new Buderus boiler were added right before we moved in two years ago. Other property features include 3 beautiful stone walls, a stream, a bridge to garden area with 15 raised beds, a grotto, a full outdoor fireplace, and 3 wonderful outbuildings including one with a wood burning stove. A new golf course opens this year and abuts our backyard.
